The Leadership Assessment Process
The Leadership Assessment is a four part confidential process designed to propel leaders from competence to excellence in a way that insures measurable results. Initially, a confidential on-line assessment is completed by superiors, colleagues and direct reports. The leader is ranked on the 20 skills that are critical for success as a superior leader. During Phase two, the same group of individuals respond to 5-8 open-ended questions designed to develop a deeper understanding of the leader relative to the needs, expectations, and vision of the company. Phase three begins with a comprehensive analysis of the data. The leader is given this in-depth report as well as content rich explanations and examples of strengths to sustain and areas in need of improvement. During phase four the leader begins the executive coaching process; an invisible advantage that results in irrefutable improvement. The final stage of the program is a 360° re-assessment of the leader and ultimately measurable growth and improvement.
