Participants will formulate a leadership philosophy and a 12-month leader development plan that is relevant to each leader's personality and background, goals and objectives, and leadership approach. This final conference will be a capstone deliverable designed to incorporate leadership lessons and skill-sets into a 12-month action plan. It will launch your journey toward the highest levels of leader excellence.
